Glee is a comedy-drama American musical television that is played on Fox.  The show revolves around the Ohio’s William McKinley High School choir (also known as glee club), called “New Directions!”   Glee club is about an positive high school teacher who tries to transform the school’s Glee Club by inspiring a group of talented but unfocused performers to make it to the biggest competition – the Nationals.  His strategy is to incorporate cheerleading and football groups into the show.

The show is created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan.  The series of music featured in the show is a good balance between show tunes and musical chart hits.  Songs in the show can be found on iTunes during the week of broadcast.  Also, a few of Glee club albums will be released through Columbia Records, starting with Glee: The Music, Volume 1.  These music have sold over two million digital copies, which is a huge success!
