Sorry .. I have not been able to follow the show … I just saw an episode where the club makes joy … In front of an audience … where Emma and Terri (wife of Will) and see Emma looking suspiciously happy for Will … but it will only, Finn, Puck, Ken and I do not know who else .. (men only) … So how Ken Tanaka (football coach) and Puck (soccer player), as do two both club thought joy was gay and ridiculous and stuuf ..?

That he has mixed feelings, I think not … It's just that he's a good husband and will not cheat on his wife … especially when is thought to be pregnant. But yes, Emma and Schuester have feelings for each other:)
